Shipping, Returns & Warranty

We will cover your shipping cost ($450 value) in the US Lower-48 States and deliver the TimberOX Summit right to your door or to a local commercial freight receiving location of your choice, on a standard shipping pallet.

LogOX does not accept returns on this product, nor do we process refunds or exchanges for any of our parts or equipment.

LogOX will, at our discretion, repair or replace any part found to be defective in material or workmanship, without charge for parts or labor, to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase with an additional 2 years of coverage on parts.

Charges for pickup, delivery, and service calls are not covered under warranty. Engines are warranted separately by the respective engine manufacturer.
