Lifetime Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee:

A lifetime warranty for the original customer backs all LogOX brand tools against manufacturer defects. If any product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or modification.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with your order information, a description of the issue, when and where you purchased it, and photos of the product. 

When purchased directly from LogOX, we offer a no-risk 90-day FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on LogOX brand products if you are not satisfied. 

Returns and Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days, contact the payment source (bank, credit card company, etc.) as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted within your account.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We offer free shipping on replacement items only if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item for a different version, click HERE.

If you are not returning the item due to a defect, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance from your carrier. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for its loss in transit.
